I believe in teaching yoga to every student the same way I was taught–as an individual. I describe my group classes as radically consistent. My focus is to help each student get the most out of their practice. Both, in the short and long-term.

Make Progress In Yoga

It's all about showing up consistently. Sign up for class and grow your practice. All classes listed are held at YogaWorks Midtown.


4:30 - 5:30 PM

Vinyasa Yoga

When you sign up, you can expect an accessible, grounded class that combines yoga postures, bodily precision, and a joke or two. There's no music but that's to give you space for self-reflection and observe your progress over time.



6:30 - 7:45 PM

Hot Vinyasa Yoga

Sign up for a dynamic class in a heated room for an added challenge. What this class lacks in music, it makes up for with a well-balanced (get it?) experience. You will refine your practice with precise alignment cues and organizing your movement around your breath.



6:00 - 8:30 AM

Mysore-Style Yoga

Think of this class as a private yoga session in a group setting. You will receive a lot of one-on-one attention and experience progress more noticeably over time. Absolutely no previous experience required!
